How Can I Help You?

Art Therapy

Art therapy uses the creative art-making process to improve the physical, mental and emotional well-being of individuals. The focus is on the client’s inner experience—feelings, perceptions, and imagination. Learn more.

Therapy with Children and Adolescents

Children can’t always translate actions, experiences or feelings into words, so the language of child therapy is largely non-verbal. I use art, unstructured play, games and relationship-building to communicate with children who can’t always translate actions, experiences or feelings into words. Learn more.

Marriage and Family Therapy

Therapy provides the opportunity to address significant personal concerns while identifying strengths to improve functioning, recovery and growth. Marriage and Family therapy is based on the premise that patterns of behavior influence the individual and therefore may need to be a part of the treatment. Learn more.
